Delivery time
We can strictly control the delivery time. Specifically, the delivery time for regular trailer undercarriage
parts won't exceed 30 days, while the custom products will be delivered within 60 days. The
supplement of quick-wear parts will follow the agreement we have reached.
Warranty
We provide 1 year or 100,000 km warranty for our regular axles and main parts of the trailer
suspensions. The warranty for custom products should be confirmed after negotiation. During the
warranty, we will provide free replacements for broken main components, like axle tube, suspension
bracket, and so on, if they are not damaged by human error.
OEM Service
The products could come with not only our own FUSAI brand but also your brand. So if you need
OEM service, please contact us at any time.
Technology support
We have purchased a variety of precision machine tools like CNC machining center, 600 ton oil press,
double torch automatic welder and American type one-piece axle production line. We can design and
manufacture custom products according to your requirements. In addition, we also provide on-site
installation and training service.
